Fee and Refund Policy
To register and obtain a letter of acceptance a deposit is required: ▸Non-visa students: $300 non-refundable deposit ▸Visa students: 8 weeks or less: full-tuition. ▸More than 8 weeks: 50% of tuition. Non-refundable deposit: $300.00. No refunds given for cancellations and or program shortening once visa is obtained. Accommodation booking requires additional $200 deposit which become non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival. Balance of fees is due by or on start date. Credit cards accepted with 4% processing fee for charges over $500.00. Tuition Refund – subject to stated policy IMPORTANT: For all visa students – No refunds are provided for cancellations and or program shortening once visa is obtained.

Cancellations must be provided in writing and addressed to registration@studyquest.net. Fees referred to as deposit, administration, placement, registration, materials and other are non-refundable. This is excepted when travel is not possible due to government restrictions, doctor sanctioned health conditions and death in immediate family . All bank charges are deducted from refunds. Shortening duration (weeks) or intensity (lessons) of program after start date requires cancellation and re-registration. Changing program start date is subject to $25 fee after 2 free changes.
Accommodation Refund : An advance cancellation notification of 4 full weeks is required to obtain a refund of unused accommodation fees.
Visa Refusal : Should students fail to obtain a Canadian visa they will receive a complete refund minus a $300 administration fee and associated bank charges. Students must first provide a copy of the letter of rejection from the Canadian embassy / consulate.
Restrictions : Should government mandated restrictions make in-person classes not possible, no refunds will be provided. Students may transfer to on-line classes or postpone their studies for up to one year following the lifting of restrictions.

Can I pay for my course in full and pay my accommodation fees monthly?

Yes, you can pay your accommodation fees monthly but must give at least 2 weeks advance notice if you wish to move out. If you do not give 2 weeks notice you will be responsible for the next payment.

Can I pay my fees monthly?

Yes, you can pay your fees monthly. However, any discount you may be entitled to will applies at the end of your studies. Monthly fees will be the non-discounted price.

Example (fees are example only):
You want to study 24 weeks and the regular fees are $6000. The discounted fee is $5000.
The regular fees for 4 weeks are $1000. You will pay this rate monthly. If you study 24 weeks, in your last month you will not need to pay anything since you have already paid $5000, the discounted for 24 weeks of study.

To find an agent in your country click here. Registering with an agent will not cost you anymore and they can provide you with all the information you need.
Register Directly: follow these steps
- Register on-line – just click on register at the top or bottom of any page.
- Complete the registration form and make the required deposit which will be deducted from your course fees.
The deposit for students who require a visa to enter Canada, for a course up to 8 weeks: full-tuition. More than 8 weeks: 8 weeks full tuition. Minimum deposit $600.00. If your visa application is rejected, please send us a copy of the rejection letter from the embassy and we will refund you all fees paid minus a $200 administration charge.

We send you your invoice and letter of acceptance.

Pay the remainder of your fees by / on the first day of classes. You will not be able to start classes until your fees are paid.

When registering on-line, if the price you get from the registration is different from the quote provided you by a school representative, the representatives price will take precedence and your invoice will be adjusted. This is due to special discounts that may be offered that are not always available in our registration system.
